Purpose:

This camp will facilitate building a dynamic foundation for female athletes. This camp will prioritize proper technique and execution of movement to enhance the athlete’s strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance

Cost:
$250 for sessions 1 or session 2
$475 for session 1 and 2 upfront

Session 1:

June 3rd – 27th

  • Monday-Thursday each week
  • Total of 16 training days

Session 2:

July 8th – August 1st

  • Monday-Thursday each week
  • Total of 16 training days
