Staff Physical Therapist
Job Overview
The Staff Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services including evaluation, assessment, treatment, follow-up, and documentation for all patients/athletes based on clinical assessments and patient/athlete objectives. Must maintain a respectful, kind, energetic, and friendly attitude.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Evaluate and assess patients’/athletes’ physical conditions, needs, and goals
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient/athlete evaluations, progress, treatments, and notes
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment programs for patient/athlete based on clinical assessment and patient/athlete objectives
- Implement treatments such as trigger point dry needling with or without e-stimulation, cupping, joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and/or IASTM
- Monitor patient/athlete progress and adjust treatment plan, if necessary
- Maintain clean and organized clinical space
- Actively develop ANDÂ foster relationships with local gyms, and professional sports organization including community events
- Comfortable speaking in front of small groups for educational clinics
- Assist in annual Fire Rescue Throwdown competition
- Communicate respectfully, kindly and professionally with patients/athletes, staff, providers, etc. in fun and engaging manner
- Courteously share the clinic space with other staff members and patients/athletes
- Lead by example by living an active lifestyle

 Supervisory Responsibilities
- Role will be developed with growth of business
 Qualifications
- Master of Physical Therapy/Doctorate of Physical Therapy, required
- State-specific Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), required
- Sports Background-preferred sport, recommended
- Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), recommended
- Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS), recommended
- Emergency Medical Responder (ERM) Certification, recommended
